In 2015, Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) populated the Plastic Film Recycling website zip code locator database with Canadian data on retail locations that collect plastic bags and film product wraps for recycling. The resource is being promoted by CPIA and municipal partners across Canada to raise awareness of the ability of film recycling.
