This project aims to identify new end markets for PE films so we can continue to grow retail film collection and recycling in the U.S. In Phase II, we’ve identified 59 mmlbs. of new annual demand for mixed PE films collected through retail locations, and this work will continue into Phase III. Information learned from this project can be translated to other parts of the world, helping to ensure these film are collected for recycling.
